Assignment

Project management and realization

Early May we started the demolition works for the renovation of a large office villa in Eindhoven, to make it more sustainable and ready for the next decades. We expect all the works to be finished in the fourth quarter of this year. By that time the villa has a complete new interior (design: Studio Geert Kok) and will exceed the new sustainability regulations of 2030. The building will be completely insulated and will be equipped with for instance heat pumps and solar panels. We will keep you informed!
