Preparation and turn key delivery

The client areas of Dirkzwager's office no longer met current requirements. Nevertheless, the location needed to provide a high-quality and representative environment for clients and employees for the coming years, pending the completion of the new building. In collaboration with architect First Lines, an efficient and cost-effective approach was chosen, cleverly retaining existing elements and combining them with new materials and fresh colors. The office remained in use during construction.
